Kate Harper Yoga
Join me as we practice yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath work) to cultivate mindfulness, awareness, and peace on (and off of) our mats.
As I journeyed through motherhood and pursuing a degree in chemistry, I found that at the root of my success was the ability to rely on skills I learned through the practice of yoga. I am currently a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor, as well as certified and attuned in Reiki Level I.
Yoga translates as "to yoke" or "to unite". This is a beautiful way of thinking about the practice. Not only are we uniting our mind, and our body, but typically yoga is a way of uniting a community together.
